The Breastfeeding LENS E-learning modules are open to anyone interested in finding out more about breastfeeding and how it works. This can be as an individual looking to add skills or as an organisation looking for staff training.
If you are looking on behalf of an organisation you will be able to register for a group of learners. Once you have purchased group training, you will be able to set up a special page with your own information and logo etc. There you will be able to add learners’ names and follow their learning. Please see the FAQs for organisations.
Your online modules become part of your training and you will be given a specific access code for free entry when registering. Please contact your facilitator/trainer for help with this. They will also want to see evidence that the module has been completed. This can be done by downloading a copy of your work from ‘My Learning’, together with any handouts and certificate of completion available on your module.
Click on Help / Support, then complete the support form.
Yes, click on 'Forgot Password' on the login page.
Once you have fully completed your module, you will be able to download your certificate from the relevant module index page. It is not available until you have completed the module.
Note: you must be logged in as an Organisation Admin. Choose My Organisation / Student Management. You can then click the button to 'Add Individual Students' or upload a batch of students using the Student CSV template provided on the page. You must leave the fields as they are in the template; if you amend them, the file upload will not work.
You cannot create more accounts than you have purchased licences.
Choose Home / Reports, then choose the module for which to show the Module Completion Report.
Check they have the right access code and password.
Check that the names listed have the correct spelling.
Yes, you may purchase as many accounts as you wish.

If you have questions regarding the learning content or wish to discuss module suitability for your organisations’ needs, please email elearning@breastfeedinglens.co.uk with your contact details and we will be in touch.
